McDonald’s knew how to get kids dragging their parents into the fast-food joint to buy a Happy Meal; it put a toy in the box together with the burger and fries. There’s literally no meal that’ll incite more happiness for a kid than a Happy Meal.

Most of the time, kids didn’t even buy it for the meal but to get their hands on the toy inside. Some of the memorable Happy Meal toys include Hot Wheels and Barbie items as well as Hello Kitty.

Well, now there’s a new toy with the meal that just might get adults as excited as; if not more, than the kids to get a Happy Meal. Beginning 1 May 2020, McDonald’s Japan will be dropping in a red Toyota GR Supra by Tomica with the Land of the Rising Sun’s version of the set, Happy Set.

Are you done crying that we won’t be able to get the awesome little red Supra from our Mekdi? McDonald’s will also be releasing a promo video for the Happy Set giveaway on 28 April 2020 with a pair of real Supras tandem drifting around a giant Big Mac and fries.

Unfortunately, Ronald McDonald won’t be behind the wheel. Instead, renowned drifter Daigo Saito will be as he teased on his Instagram.

We all know that everyone reading this will be making a beeline for the nearest Mekdi if they gave a Tomica Supra away with a Happy Meal here but life sucks and so we’re left being envious of the Japanese.
