5 March-Watch Movies This Month
Believe it or not, we’ve already March-ed into the third month of 2017. And this month is probably every movie buff’s favourite month, because there’s like a truck load of awesome movies premiering soon!
If you’re kind of lost or unaware what *awesome* movies we are talking about, we’ve listed down the top five movies you should have on your must-watch list.
#1 Logan
One of the year's most anticipated superhero movies, Logan, is finally here. Just when you thought one Wolverine is enough, wait till you meet the female, mini-me version of him. This girl has some serious badass moves, so she’s definitely not the one you’d want to mess with. #2 Kong: Skull Island
Did you know that this film is a reboot of the King Kong franchise AND also serves as the prequel to the 2014 movie, Godzilla? #3 Beauty and The Beast
This month, Disney invites you to be their guest for a beautiful tale as old as time. Everyone’s favourite Disney classic, Beauty and The Beast, has been made into a live-action remake starring the wizarding world’s sweetheart, Emma Watson. So, will Beast have his own “happily-ever ending” or will it have a plot twist in this live-action remake? #4 Power Rangers
If you lived in the era where you sang along to lines of “Go, go Power Rangers!” or “Power Rangers, light speed rescue!”, then this is the movie you CANNOT miss! Our childhood superheroes are getting a millennial remake along with a cool theme song by Kanye West. #5 Ghost in The Shell
This movie based on a Japanese anime has A LOT of controversy surrounding it after the producers tried to ‘whitewash’ it by casting Scarlett Johansson as the lead role instead of an Asian female.
