American band Incubus that has become a household name among fans of alternative rock will be one of the few international artists who will not be skipping Malaysia in their tour around Asia next year!

If that sentence was an eyeful for you, here’s a simplified version – Incubus is coming to Kuala Lumpur!

The rock icons are set to perform at KL Live, Life Center on 13 February 2018, so start marking your calendars for an early Valentine's Day date with Incubus at 8pm on a Tuesday night!

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 1 December.
Speaking of which, did you realise that a lot of concerts lately were held on a Tuesday? Can somebody tell us why?

Anyway, Incubus Live in Kuala Lumpur 2018 will be the band’s second stop on their Asia Tour and this is not their first time on our shores.

The multi-platinum selling band first came to Malaysia in 2004 and even released a whole live album from that concert, ‘Live in Malaysia 2004’!

This album was the fourth one in a series of the band's live albums.
We always hear about global artists singing praises about how enthusiastic the Malaysian crowd is at concerts, especially when we sing-along during the performances like a big karaoke session. But how often can you actually see a full-length album coming out of it, right?

You can listen to the full concert experience here.

Incubus’ second visit to Malaysia was in 2011 for their ‘If Not Now, When’ Tour, when vocalist Brandon Boyd, lead guitarist Mike Einziger, drummer Jose Pasillas, bassist Ben Kenney and DJ Chris Kilmore rocked the show with thousands of fans.

Since exploding into the scene in 1991, the band has produced eight studio albums that sold over 23 million copies worldwide, with hit singles like ‘Drive’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Megalomaniac’, ‘Anna Molly’, ‘Nice To Know You’, and more.

In the upcoming concert, fans can expect the band to perform songs from their eighth album appropriately titled ‘8’ that was reproduced and mixed by Skrillex.

Even the band themselves are excited!

If you’re keen on catching Incubus live in action, tickets go on sale at Ticket Charge’s website starting 1 December at 10am. So you still have enough time to gather some cash!

Brb, time to get ourselves familiar with the songs again.
