Cosmetics Millionaire Aliff Syukri 'Shocked' That His Govt Aid Application Got Rejected
Thanks to the second Economic Stimulus Package recently announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Malaysians who qualify will be able to receive cash aids during the Movement Control Order (MCO).
From 6 April onwards, the government has started transferring the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional (BPN) aid into bank accounts, which we’re sure some of you may have receive it.
While some are already utilising their aids, there are also some Malaysians who are sad and disappointed that their application got rejected.
This includes local cosmetics millionaire, Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri.
Shocked to be rejected
Through his Instagram account, the D’Herbs founder lamented that he was shocked that his application was rejected and feels stressed as an entrepreneur during these testing times.“My sales have dropped 90 per cent due to COVID-19. Almost all businesses are at risk of closing,” Aliff said.
“I’m very sad about this situation and I hope Malaysians can help the government to help speed up the Coronavirus situation.”
The businessman, who’s also famous for his ‘terlajak laris’ tagline, also hopes that the government will lessen the tax for people who are running businesses like him to ease their burden.

Well, we’re sure that there are a lot of other Malaysians out there who are having a harder time and deserve the money more.
