Lately, we've been seeing a number of collaborations between K-pop idols and Western singers like BTS and Nicki Minaj.

Now, UK's best newcomer is about to head East as well.

British singer Dua Lipa announced that she will be releasing a super deluxe edition of her self-titled album next month.
If you look closely at the track list, one of the three new songs features power K-pop female idol group, BLACKPINK!

The new song, titled 'Kiss and Make Up', will be the girl group's first ever international collaboration since their debut, as well as Dua Lipa's first collaboration with a K-pop artist.

According to Billboard, BLACKPICK's management agency YG Entertainment has also confirmed this news.

We trust that fans of both parties are thrilled to see this pairing happen because they have both achieved huge success despite having only debuted in the entertainment industry for a short period of time.

Earlier this year, the music video of BLACKPINK's new single 'Ddu-Du Ddu-Du' set a record for being the fastest K-pop artist to achieve 300 million views after only 69 days.

Rumours of both artists collaborating first surfaced after BLACKPINK members were seen attending the 'New Rules' singer's concert in Seoul several months ago.
