DC fans, we’re just a few sleeps away until the highly anticipated ‘Zack Snyder's Justice League’ premieres.

However, it looks like some unsuspecting HBO Max viewers got an early treat to the film after clicking on the latest live-action film ‘Tom and Jerry’.

From cat and mouse chase to superhero showdown

Zack Snyder on set.
Those expecting to see the iconic cat and mouse duo probably got a better deal in the end as ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ was aired instead.

According to reports, some viewers were able to watch the flick as far as one hour.

"Zack Snyder's Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max, and the error was addressed within minutes," reps for HBO Max said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly.

The blunder was first addressed by Twitter user @ThenDougSaid, who shared a screenshot of the film prior to its removal.

Doug added that the CGI for #SnyderCut “finally rivals Marvel’s” and people are going to love it.

Remember the super-cringey CGI and poorly lit lighting in the original ‘Justice League’?

If Doug’s claims are true, we can’t wait to see the improved CGI and how it fares against it predecessor.

The film, which has been re-edited and reshot, will be four hours long and premiere in one run instead of the initial four-part plan.

‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League’ is set to premiere on 18 March 2021 exclusively on HBO Max.
