This is it guys, after all these years of trading barbs with our neighbour Singapore, one representative from each country will go head-to-head to see which country reigns supreme.

Before you guys get any ideas, it's not a battle-to-the-death kind of battle lah; it's a battle to see who's the funniest.

Representing Malaysia is none other than Douglas Lim, who is known for keenly observing his subjects and the political climate of his kingdom to curate comedic content.

Representing our neighbour Singapore, meanwhile, is the queen of comedy, Kumar. Known for trumpeting comical proclamations relating to gender and politics, there's nothing Kumar won't make fun of.

Together, they will have a go at each other in a one-night-only event of comedic grandiose, where you can expect provocative, captivating, scandalous, clever, and witty humour aimed at everything and anything related to the rivalling nations.

Join the war of words between comedy king Douglas and comedian queen Kumar, and bear witness to a royal take-down in ‘King vs Queen’, set to take place at the HGH Convention Center KL on 23 August at 8pm.

Tickets to this 'war' between the two nations is on sale now.

The tickets are priced at RM 500 (Royal Box), RM 300 (VIP), RM 250 (Gold) and RM 200 (Silver), but if you purchase them before 30 June, you can enjoy a 15 per cent early bird discount.
