We are pretty sure there's no better feeling than being recognised by your idol.

Malaysian singer Aina Abdul can attest to that.

A huge accomplishment

When the 28-year-old uploaded her rendition of Adele's "Easy On Me" on the interwebs, she probably didn't expect the British singer-songwriter to acknowledge it.

Well, Adele did and Aina couldn't believe it.

Aina told New Straits Times that she couldn't believe her eyes when her video was reposted on the @AdeleAccess Instagram account, which is managed by Adele's team.

Her joy was understandable, considering that Adele has always been her idol.

"Praise be to God, I was so surprised to find out that my video was re-posted on that IG. I know there are many other good cover videos made by others, but to be a part of those which caught Adele's and her team's attention is enough to make me feel extremely happy.

"When I learnt about it, I was busy preparing for the 'Konsert Tanah Airku' at Istana Budaya (on Saturday). I just hope she liked it," she was quoted as saying.

Aww, we're pretty sure she did, Aina.
