Notice Us, Senpai: Mark Hamill Discovers Hoards Of Malaysian Fans After Twitter Mistake
Are you a fan of Hollywood actor Mark Hamill?
Then you should be happy to know that senpai has finally took notice of us Malaysians, although by accident.
And how did that happen, you ask? It was because of one small error in his Twitter post.
'Teeny-tiny' flag
The Star Online reported that the actor, best known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the popular 'Star Wars' movie franchise, accidentally stumbled upon hoards of fans in Malaysia after he mistakenly used the Jalur Gemilang flag emoji instead of the somewhat similar-looking American flag in a Tweet on Monday (12 January). In the tweet, he expressed his disappointment at Facebook's decision to allow political campaigns to continue using targeted advertisements and he was considering deleting his own Facebook account. So disappointed that #MarkZuckerberg values profit more than truthfulness that I've decided to delete my @Facebook account. I know this is a big "Who Cares?" for the world at large, but I'll sleep better at night. #PatriotismOverProfits ??>? https://t.co/seb2eJMTo6— Mark Hamill (@HamillHimself) January 12, 2020
He ended the tweet with a '??>?' -- supposedly to mean patriotism over profit -- but he accidentally used the Malaysian flag instead.
Of course, proud Malaysians (and some awesome Netizens) didn't let his little mistake slide:

After realising his mistake, which amused many people including himself, he corrected himself and finally used the correct flag.Malaysia may revolt.— Jim (@Ifitsthisname) January 13, 2020
He also mentioned that he "accidentally blundered into a LOAD of Malaysian followers":
Of course, Malaysians were quick to give him a very warm Malaysian welcome:Now that we all have had a good laugh at my expense for mistaking a TEENY-TINY flag of Malaysia for a TEENY-TINY Old Glory-the fact remains the same: NO country measures their worth in?(also, I accidentally blundered into a LOAD of Malaysian followers) #HammyHeartsSoutheastAsia pic.twitter.com/SI3nLW80jJ— Mark Hamill (@HamillHimself) January 14, 2020
