It’s been over six years since the band of our teenage angst years, My Chemical Romance, disbanded and went their seperate ways.

Each member worked on their own projects; notably lead singer Gerard Way, who wrote an award-winning comic book that was then adapted into a hit Netflix series.

So, you could say that your hopes for a reunion were practically 0.01 per cent to none.

But don’t give up yet Killjoys, because there might be a chance of a reunion, according to a source you’ll least likely expect – Joe Jonas of the Jonas Brothers.

Joe Jonas, are sure it was them?
During an interview on KISS FM Breakfast Show recently, the eldest Jonas may have accidentally let slip that My Chemical Romance may be preparing for a comeback or reunion.

“I’ve got some dirt. My Chemical Romance apparently were rehearsing next to us in New York recently. I thought they broke up, so I don’t know,” Jonas said on the radio show.

Could this be true? Could our savior of the broken, the beaten, and the damned be reuniting quietly behind the curtains for an epic reunion show?

The band hasn’t confirmed the news as of yet, so there’s always room for hope that this news will come true in the future.

Earlier in February, frontman Gerard said in an interview that the band constantly gets offers to reunite for shows.

“We definitely get offers regularly to reunite ― it’s a constant thing. It’s flattering, it’s really nice of people. I miss playing with the guys, but I don’t think so…”

Well, we never know what the future holds, so who knows they'll eventually come around to the idea of reuniting and turning us into angry teenagers once again
