Marvel fans, brace yourselves!

If you thought that watching 'Avengers: Endgame' three times at the cinema is not enough, you'll have extra incentive to watch it again.

According to entertainment website Screenrant, Disney is planning to re-release the latest, extended version of the epic superhero movie...with extra footage that wasn’t included in its initial release!

Us too.
Wait, what? Well, you heard us right!

The wonderful news was confirmed by the film’s producer and Marvel Studios president, Kevin Feige.

Feige told the website that the new version "will not be an extended cut" but rather, viewers can expect "a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises" for those who stick to the end of the film.

The new version of the movie, Feige said, is expected to be re-released next week in the US, but what about Malaysia though?

The good news is, Malaysia's largest cinema chain, TGV Pictures, have sort of hinted on their Facebook page that they will be bringing the extended version to local screens:

TGV didn't exactly reveal when or even if they will be showing the new version here, but the words "pay attention to our page for exciting announcements to come" are a good enough reason for us to be excited.

'Avengers: Endgame' is now officially the second-highest-grossing film of all time, garnering USD 2.7 billion (RM11.2 billion).

The top-grossing film of all time is James Cameron’s 'Avatar', which collected a total of USD 2.8 billion (RM11.6 billion) at the global box office.

With the re-release of the extended version, we have a feeling 'Endgame' is eager to take down 'Avatar' by doing...whatever it takes. *badam-tss*
