In the digital age of social media, it's very hard for filmmakers to keep things a secret for very long.

A couple of weeks ago, fans caught a glimpse of Natalie Portman as Lady Thor in 'Thor: Love And Thunder', thanks to a photo which made its way onto social media:

And now, fans were treated to a first look at Spider-Man's new costume for his upcoming movie.

Black and gold all day

The 'sneak peek' came courtesy of an upcoming Marvel LEGO playset called "Spider-Man at the Sanctum Workshop", Comicbook.com reported.

The playset will tie-in to the release of Spider-Man's third solo film, 'Spider-Man: No Way Home', which was tentatively scheduled to be released in December 2021.

It's play time, Spidey!
According to LEGO's website, the playset features a scene from the basement/workshop of the Sanctum Sanctorum, the resident and headquarters of Spidey's fellow Avenger, Dr Strange.

The LEGO playset also comes with four minifigures: Doctor Strange, MJ, Wong and Spider-Man in his glorious new costume.

Here's a closer look of Spidey's new drip:

'Hi, this is my new suit'.
As we can see, the new Spidey suit will feature a new red and black design, with some gold accents running through the suit.

There's also a big gold spider logo in the middle, which reminds us of the Iron Spider suit Peter Parker wore in 'Avengers: Infinity War' and 'Avengers: Endgame'.

Same same, but different.
However, like most merchandise 'reveals', you should take it with a spoonful of salt.

So far, nothing has been confirmed yet about 'No Way Home', but there were rumours circulating that Spidey will be reuniting with Dr Strange, and this LEGO playset kinda confirms that.

(But again, remember your grain of salt, people)

There were also rumours that Tom Holland's version of Spider-Man will be joining forces with other Spider-Men (played by Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire) from different dimensions.

Who knows; maybe Spidey is working together with Dr Strange to open portals to other dimensions, leading to the meeting with the other Spider-Men?

Whatever it may be, we can't wait for the release of 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'. December, please come soon.
