If you grew up watching a lot of cartoons and Disney shows in particular, you’d agree that the early 2000s was the best Disney era.

The company kept on churning out quality TV shows that we grew to love and hold close to our hearts even up to this day. And one of the shows that stole our hearts is ‘Lizzie McGuire’.

Lizzie, Miranda, and Gordo graced our TV screens and got us so invested in their tween lives that the show became a hit success and even prompted Disney to produce ‘The Lizzie McGuire Movie’.

What an iconic scene.
It has been 14 years since we last saw Lizzie and her animated self on screen and guess what guys… the show is making a comeback!

In an interview with Fox News, Hilary revealed that she’s in talks with Disney to reboot ‘Lizzie McGuire’ which catapulted her to fame.

“It’s in very new stages. There’s been a lot of creative talk,” she said.

Queen of Disney TV shows circa 2000s.
Duff added that she’s excited at the prospect of it (imagine the fans’ excitement when they found out) and stresses that her character as Lizzie McGuire was important to so many people including her.
“If she can be important again to girls in this stage of their lives, I think that would be amazing.”

We feel that both Disney and Duff needs to come to an agreement ASAP on this reboot as fans are anxiously waiting for her return.

In other news, have you seen the trailer for the live-action Disney movie ‘Kim Possible’? Please Disney, for the sake of the fans cancel the screening. It’s horrendous and an insult to the original show.

Don't believe us? Watch the trailer below. Don't say we didn't warn you on how cringey it is...
