While we keep washing our hands and practising social distancing in line with the Movement Control Order (we're trying to think positive, 'kay. You guys better be following this!), thousands of health officials are hard at work battling the COVID-19 outbreak.
Their annual leave has been cancelled, their working schedule is basically 24/7, they don't get enough sleep, they face the highest risk of being exposed to the disease and are still doing their best to help those who have contracted the disease.

Groups of medical staff were also told to leave their current work assignments and help out at the Sungai Buloh Hospital where the bulk of COVID-19 cases are being treated.
Many were also temporarily based at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Sungai Buloh.
Hearing that they would have to make space for the staff, UiTM first year medical students did the sweetest thing ever.
They left numerous thank you notes for the medical personnel in hopes of lifting their spirits.
"Dear health workers,
Selamat datang to our home. We are 1st year medical students. We hope you guys can have adequate amount of rest over here. We are sorry if our facilities are not good enough to fulfil your basic needs but that is all we can supply. Please make yourself at home because you guys would continue this fight for the community.
We are really proud to have our 'unsung heroes' here. We hope one day we can be like you guys too. Thank you for your service. Terima kasih. Malaysia Boleh!"

Other notes also expressed similar messages of thanks, appreciation and words of encouragement.

Super duper sweet kan, you guys!
Anyway, the kids teach us an important lesson: to be thankful to the people working around the clock to keep us healthy.
Thank you doctors, nurses, lab techs, cleaners, frontliners and everyone related to the medical service.
We appreciate all your hard work and undying dedication! SALUTE!

A simple but heartfelt gesture
