Has working from home been bad for your waistline and health in general?

Even if it hasn't and you just want to start your new year, new me resolution a month earlier, we've come up with a list of restaurants that you can eat at or get your food delivered from that sells healthy food.

If you thought eating healthy means munching on salads without any dressing or eating boiled chicken breasts with no seasoning, we assure you the food at these restaurants will change your mind. It will also give ideas on what you can cook at home when you have the time.

You won't have to completely forgo carbs either.

Repeat after us: carb (including rice) is not your enemy. You don't have to give up good food to be healthy. We're no experts but here's an advisory by the health ministry on healthy diet, which includes consuming carbs.
