What is Apple One?

The tech company has recently announced their new Apple One subscription service, a bundle service that would save you a lot of headaches.

According to Apple, Apple One is the easiest way to get up to four Apple subscription services together at a great value.

The Apple services that are included in the plan include:

Apple Music Over 70 million songs, thousands of playlists, daily selections from the world’s best music experts, the groundbreaking Apple Music radio, and innovative features like time-synced lyrics.

Apple TV+ Home to Apple Originals from today’s most imaginative and respected creators. Apple TV+ has already earned over 100 awards recognitions, including 18 Emmy nominations, for its originals — more than any other streaming service in its first 10 months.

Apple Arcade A digital arcade that gives players unlimited access to more than 100 incredibly fun games across iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Apple TV, all with no ads or in-app purchases.

50GB of iCloud storage Lets you store your photos, videos, files, and more safely stored and available across all your iDevices.

Instead of always checking each individual app to see when your subscriptions expire, you can now just subscribe to Apple One and pay a one lump sum monthly for all the Apple services above.

How much does it cost?

The good news is, the Apple One account is cheaper than what you would have to pay for each Apple service.

You can get the Apple One subscription for just RM19.90 per month, and when you pay that price, you get access to all four of the Apple services above.

The Apple One family package goes for RM33.90 per month, and can be shared with up to six family members.

That's actually a pretty good deal, if you ask us.

According to Apple, you'll get a 30-day free trial for any services that you do not already have.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for Apple One on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple TV running iOS 14, iPadOS 14, or tvOS 14.

Later this year, you’ll also be able to sign up on Mac running macOS Big Sur.

To sign up, just follow these steps:go to Settings > tap on your Apple ID > tap on Subscriptions. You’ll see Apple One there. Tap on Apple One to see the plan that is recommended for you.

In addition, when you sign up for individual Apple services, the right Apple One plan is automatically recommended if it’s a better value, taking into account any services you already pay for.
