Soon, you'll get to wear your favourite 'Star Wars' character on your feet.

Malaysia's favourite school shoe brand sneaker manufacturer Bata wants you to have the Jedi swagger.

To celebrate Star Wars Day this year, Bata will be launching a very exclusive 'Star Wars' capsule collection featuring some of the film's most iconic characters.

The 'Star Wars' motif will adorn two of Bata's classic sneaker lines: the Bata Tennis and Bata Bullet.

The low-top Bata Tennis line, which was first manufactured back in 1936, will feature caricatures of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, everybody's favourite droid R2D2 and of course, the Stormtrooper.

The Darth Vader version comes in black while the Stormtrooper one comes in white with black lining.

Our ultimate favourite from the line has to be the white-bright blue R2D2 version.

It's like you're a huge AT-AT Walker and R2 is piloting your feet!

The high-top Bata Bullet line, meanwhile, comes in two colourways: black and white.

Originally created in 1964 to outfit the Baltimore Bullets basketball team, this special edition version features a black or white/blue 'Star Wars' rubber patch on the side of the shoe.

The black version comes with a striking red outsole and red lace tip with the Imperial crest printed on the inside of the shoes. The white pair boasts an equally-striking blue outsole and the Resistance crest.

We absolutely love the details.

But here's our favourite bit from the Bata Bullet line: you'll find a lightsaber graphic emblazoned at the back of the shoe!

The black pair features the unmistakable red lightsaber of Darth Vader, while Luke Skywalker's blue one adorns the white pair.

Sick or what?

OK, so, how do you get your hands on a pair?

These limited edition capsules will officially be launched on 4 May at the Bata outlet in Suria KLCC. It will also be available on Bata's official website from 7 May onwards, so remember to bookmark the page if you're too lazy to make your way there on that day.

The Bata Tennis line will go for RM249 per pair while the Bata Bullet will set you back RM299. It's an absolute steal, if you ask us.

But take note: there will be only limited pairs of these editions set for sale in the entire nation, so you better be quick if you want to add them sweet kicks to your collection.
