British Olympian Tom Daley may be a pro in diving, but he has other prominent talents too.

His talent was evident in the recent women’s 3m springboard finals at the Tokyo Olympics. Daley was seen knitting while watching the event.

Videos of the 27-year-old’s unusual activity at a sporting event have gone viral on the social media.

In fact, the diver who won gold for the first time in the men’s synchronised 10m platform with partner Matty Lee this year, has a dedicated Instagram page for his crochet pieces.

The page boasts close to 900,000 followers.

After Daley’s knitting video went viral, he said he was actually knitting a dog’s jumper.

In May this year, he even made a pink cardigan for Malaysian diver Cheong Jun Hoong.

He also made a knitted pouch for his gold medal said the art has helped him throughout the years, even in bagging the gold medal.
