Have you tried whipping up a Jamie Oliver recipe in the kitchen lately?

The renowned celebrity chef recently featured a Malaysian inspired baked whole fish sea bass recipe (which is essentially ikan bakar (siakap) cooked in an oven), and it looks amazing.

The dish was featured on the popular cooking programme called 'Jamie And Jimmy's Friday Night Feast' on Britain's Channel 4.

Putting together the dish in the most "Jamie Oliver just dump everything in and voila, you've got a dish" way, he makes it all look all too easy.

Finger-lickin' good

An absolute no-no in most British households, Jamie also uses his fingers to try out the cooked fish in the end.

"I would usually use a knife and fork for this, but I'm not going to. Today I'm going to use my very clean hands.

He then helps himself to a couple of mouthfuls of the dish.

"My Mum would kill me for using my fingers, but I don't care. I'd go in my naughty corner for this. Delicious!" he commented.

Malaysians love it

Jamie also posted a short clip of the cooking segment on his Instagram page and Malaysians lit up the comments section.
