You can join a live virtual cooking masterclass with Chef Sherson Lian, the host of popular cooking shows ‘5 Rencah 5 Rasa’ and ‘Family Kitchen with Sherson’.

By joining in the virtual cooking class called ‘Level Up! On The Table with Chef Sherson Lian’, you will be able to learn how to make a main dish and a dessert.

The main dish would be Chicken Roulade Stuffed with Spinach & Fetta, Served with Brussels Sprouts, Potatoes and Carrots while the dessert is Poached Pear Stuffed with Cream Cheese, Filo Pastry.

"I want to invite everyone to cook two dishes that are not the usual ones we see.

"When cooking a Western Style chicken, most people immediately think Chicken Chop so the main dish we're cooking is going to be different," said Chef Sherson during a virtual interview with Rojak Daily.

Chef Sherson said that while it may sound like a challenge, the main dish was actually pretty simple to make.

"The term masterclass is just there as a title. Anyone, whether you're an experienced chef or a new one can join. It's going to be fun," he said.

A total of 15 lucky Astro customers have been chosen to join the live class via Zoom, but the whole session will also be aired via Facebook Live on Jiffies.

So, get your pots, pans and ingredients prepared and join in the fun at 11 am on 28 November.
