We all vividly remember the tale of a doll named Eve (Tyra Banks) who was mistakenly brought to life after Casey (Lindsay Lohan) brushed the doll’s hair using a magical hair brush.

Eve was like this cool sister we wished we had; she was fashionable, intelligent, and very likeable. Watching Casey and Eve’s adventure in Life-Size gave us new perspective on how we see our dolls.

It was kind of bittersweet seeing Eve being transformed back to her original self – a doll – at the end of the movie, and it has been 17 years since we last heard of her.

You're more than just a special friend, eve.
Over the years, fans have been demanding a sequel or a remake to the movie, but there wasn't much progress on bringing it back to our TV screens.

Well guys, we have some good news for you, and trust us, it is worth the wait!

Freeform, the sister network of Disney, has given the greenlight for Life-Size 2, slated to premiere in December 2018.

We hope they'll be selling Eve dolls for this sequel.
Our favourite real-life doll, Tyra Banks, will reprise her role as Eve and will also take on the executive producer role in this sequel.

She even shared the good news via her Twitter account.

According to a press release, “Eve is all grown up, and this time, she’s ready to help a young woman learn to live and love again.”

“Eve herself will experience the ups and downs of real life in a fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.”

No word yet on whether Mean Girls star Lohan will be on board for the second installment of this hit Disney TV movie.

Well, we hope to hear some good news soon, because we can’t imagine anyone else other than Lohan and Banks leading this movie!
