A father’s love and sacrifice have no limits.

This has been proven by Wan Razali Wan Mohd, who had to raise his daughter single-handedly after the death of his wife.

Sold motorcycle for daughter

According to a report by Harian Metro, Wan Razali was forced to sell off his beloved motorcycle, which was a give from his late wife, to pay for his daughter’s college fees.

The report said the Honda EX5 was sold to a used vehicle agent for RM1,000, and the money was used to pay off his daughter’s college fees.

Wan Razali told the Malay portal that he struggled to earn an income after the death of his wife as he was jobless and had to find ways to make ends meet to support his family.

He added that the motorcycle held sentimental values because his wife bought it for him as a birthday gift 20 years ago because she knew that he preferred riding a motorcyle instead of driving a car

Daughter returns the favour

Knowing how much her father sacrificed for her, his daughter, Wan Nuraisyah, gifted him a brand-new motorcycle on his 58th birthday in September.

A video of the sweet moment was shared by Wan Nuraisyah on her TikTok account, and it has since gone viral.

In the video, her father was seen shedding tears of joy and wiping them off, upon laying his eyes on the vehicle.

“I felt sad because my late wife gave me a motorcycle and now my daughter is doing the same. I do not expect anything in return (from my daughter) as it is my fatherly duty to provide for her,” he was quoted as saying.
