In a viral thread onTwitter, user Luna recently shared openly about her struggles with mental health and revealed candidly her diagnosis of bipolar mood disorder and borderline personality disorder.
Her self-harming began at the age of 14 and admits that it has continued till her 20s in her blog. She was brought to a Klinik Kesihatan by an attentive teacher and would eventually receive multiple diagnoses before being identified as suffering from bipolar mood disorder and more recently borderline personality disorder.

She advises people who suffer from mental illness and are looking for solutions to not engage in psychoactive or psychedelic drugs as the content of these drugs here in Malaysia is often contaminated and even the mellow THC and CBD have properties that raise anxiety in some users.

She revealed that mental health is not an exact science according to her experience and she's found that drugs prescribed require some trial and error. For example, Clonazepam causes memory loss which is easily abused by a user and the antidepressant Brintellix caused her major migraines.

Her final piece of advice is that for people who wish to get help, they may request a referrel letter from their local Klinik Kesihatan for admitance to a private hospital. She also advises people to keep a journal of your feelings (how often are you happy or sad, how often do your experience extreme emotions) which will help doctors diagnose you better.

We also visited Luna's profile on Instagram and there was another interesting find.

She also sells 'Rokok Bunga' on her website Lunacid which she claims is 100% made from legal herbs and flowers and can possibly alleviate some of the symptoms of depression.

That said, the product description is pretty explicit in its clarification that the Rokok Bunga does not provide any measurable medical benefits despite its resemblance to another rolled herb that some have used in the treatment of depression.

They also don't produce a high that is associated with blunts.
