Admit it, we've done this before: you bought something you weren't supposed to buy and hid it from your husband/wife/bae/ because you don't want them to find out how much you spent on it.

But what if that person is your mother, and you stay in the same house as her? How do you hide your purchase from her then?

Well, this one smart cookie found a way to do so.

'Books for study'

A customer in Singapore recently bought a Logitech gaming mouse for SGD239 (RM744), and he did not want his mother to find out.

So, he dropped the gaming shop Endless Passion a message, asking if they could package the mouse in a "simple package cover".

"I don't want to let my mom know I buy new mouse again," he wrote.

It was just a simple request.
To his surprise, the shop obliged.

What's even more amusing is the fact that the shop wrapped his pricey gaming mouse in a plain, non-suspicious packaging, with these words scribbled on it: 'Books for study'.

How's that for customer service?

Not suspicious at all.
The customer then thanked the shop for their wonderful service:

The shop needs to give its worker a raise.
The post has since gone viral on social media, having been shared more than 9,800 times.

Netizens were tickled by the response, and they praised the gaming shop for the quality of their service:

Of course, some also commented that the jig is up now that the post has gone viral:

Well done lah, Endless Passion; going above and beyond for your customers.
