We've previously written about the beautiful and handsome members of the Brunei royal family but similarly, our local princes are not to be overlooked. From their dashing looks to their impressive accomplishments, these royal heartthrobs are capturing hearts across the nation and beyond.

Join us as we take a closer look at the swoon-worthy princes who are ruling both the realm and our hearts:

Tengku Hassanal

Tengku Hassanal is the Tengku Mahkota (Crown Prince) of Pahang and the son of our previous Yang di-Pertuan Agong. He is one-quarter Caucasian, as his grandmother Enche' Besar Hajah Khalsom binti Abdullah was a British woman born Josephine Ruby Trevorrow.

He turns 29 this year and we’ve seen him in person; he is surprisingly tall and has lovely brown eyes (see pic above). This is why he has become somewhat of an internet celebrity, a Malaysian Prince William of sorts, with crowds of screaming girls wherever he goes.

He also has a surprisingly goofy sense of humour which adds to his charm:

Tengku Fahad Mu'adzam

Born in 1994, Tengku Fahad Mu'adzam is the youngest child and only son of the late Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah Al-Musta'in Billah. He evidently takes after the good looks of his mother, who is of Persian and Pakistani descent and was a former air stewardess.

He pursued his education at the renowned Eton College in the UK and Princeton University in the US (we love a well-educated man). He is also a sportsman who enjoys football. We’ve also seen him and can attest that he looks even better in person.

He doesn’t appear to have a public Instagram page, but you can follow his fanpage here.

The 24-year-old is Tengku Hassanal’s younger brother and has a twin, Tengku Puteri Afzan Aminah, which naturally makes him of mixed ancestry as well.

He did his further studies in Criminology and Sociology at Royal Holloway, University of London. He also has the same gorgeous brown eyes as his older brother, and some netizens have even compared his looks to Park Seo Joon!

He also doesn’t appear to have a public Instagram page, but you can follow his fanpage here.

Tengku Abdul Rahman Hsaanal Jefri

Yes, he obviously has the same name as Malaysia’s first Prime Minister but he is actually the fourth son of the current sultan of Johor and cousin to Tengku Hassanal.

The coolest fact about him is that he is a professional racing driver. He most recently competed for Triple Eight Race Engineering in the GT World Challenge Asia, where he won the championship in the Pro-Am class in 2022, as well as in the GT World Challenge Australia. Read more about him here.
