Not Sure What to Do With Your Old UNIQLO Clothes? Donate Them to This KL NGO

Decluttering your wardrobe may sound like an easy task, until you have to decide what to do with clothes you no longer wear. While throwing them away may seem like the most straightforward option, many of us hesitate, especially when some of the items are still in good condition. 

Donating them is often the better choice, but that raises another question: where can you donate them?

One option worth considering is UNIQLO's in-store recycling programme.

As part of its RE.UNIQLO initiative, the brand aims to ensure essential clothing reaches those who need it most. To support this effort, a new Clothing Corner has been established at Kechara Soup Kitchen's Imbi Hub.

Founded in 2006, Kechara Soup Kitchen is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that provides necessities such as food and other forms of assistance to homeless individuals and urban poor communities. Through the Clothing Corner, visitors can also pick up clothing items when needed.

Here's what you need to know before donating:

• Only UNIQLO products are accepted for recycling, excluding innerwear.
• Please wash your clothes before donating to ensure they are delivered in the best possible condition.

To donate your used UNIQLO clothing, visit any UNIQLO store and place your items in the Recycling Box, or approach a staff member for assistance.
