While BLACKPINK are arguable one of the biggest girl groups of all time, their rapper and singer Jennie Kim has also paved her own solo career not only in music, but even in the fashion industry, earning herself the moniker ‘Human Chanel’ for her ability to embody the brand.

She soon may add the nickname of ‘Human Porsche’ to the list as the superstar has impressively collaborated with the luxury German automobile manufacturer to create a custom car known as the ‘Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane.’

It was part of the Sonderwunsch programme in collaboration with Porsche Korea, which lets customers customise their own Porsche car models and even the car’s performance parts.

While many South Korean celebrities are known for their collaborations with famous brands, the South Korean beauty has proven her star power by filming a commercial for the branded carmakers:

While many of us can only dream of owning such a car, Jennie takes it to the next level as the metallic black Taycan 4S Cross Turismo was customised according to her personal tastes, such as a ‘Jennie Ruby Jane’ logo with clouds –– which she is known to have a love for ––that she created herself. The car will be presented at ‘the Sonderwunsch Haus’ with the start of BLACKPINK’s world tour in Seoul.

According to a representative of the brand, Jennie has very specific images for her dream Porsche and even brought a mood board to the creative meeting.

Some special points were the front doors with illuminated ‘Jennie Ruby Jane’ lettering in the unique shade of Meissenblue and her nickname ‘NiNi’ at the rear doors. The logo projector in the front doors even project the clouds onto the ground beside the car.

Fans will know about Jennie’s love for her Pomeranian called ‘Kuma’ which is Japanese for the word ‘bear’. The cute furball will be able to enjoy a ride in the car in style as a black dog box was made for the dog, with the name ‘Kuma’ in front.

“Being able to collaborate so intensively on my own very personal Porsche was an amazing experience,” said Jennie. “I’m especially proud of having designed the visualisation of the clouds. I spend a lot of time travelling around the world – the sky and the clouds are my travelling companions and a beautiful symbol of these unique experiences. This is why I feel a special connection to them and am so passionate about photographing these nature motifs.”

According to fans, Jennie and her mum have apparently been loyal to the brand for years:

In their case, it certainly pays to be a loyal customer! One thought is on our minds though, how will she remain incognito in this car now that everyone knows that it’s hers?
