"Pink, it's the colour of passion".

Aerosmith knows what's up with the colour pink.

(Fun fact: do not Google what their song "Pink" is about if you do not want to 'batal puasa'. We're dead serious)

Pink is a colour you either love or hate, but there's no denying that it makes your pictures pop.

Over the years, we've seen plenty of eateries and cafés breaking the stigma and started using the colour pink to make their outlets stand out.

And stand out, they do! Here are some of the prettiest pink cafés to bring your bae to if you want to score some brownie points.

Mary Jane

It is definitely the caffeine.
Perfect for any occassion.
Pink everywhere.
Despite being one of the newer cafés on the list, Mary Jane has quickly become one of the most popular, and it's not hard to see why. Located near Petaling Street, you'll be greeted by hundreds, if not thousands, of pink petals the moment you step into the café. The café is pink as far as the eye can see - from the flowery interior to its furniture. Mary Jane doesn't only look pretty, but they can feed your tummy as well: they have a wide selection of food that will satisfy your tastebuds.

The Swimming Club

Pool side chill, anyone?
This is a pretty nice IG spot too.
Bust out the 'kinis!
Yes, we know what you're thinking, and no; it's not a place where you learn to swim. Although, it does have a swimming pool that you can take a dip in. The Swimming Club is not a café per se, (it's a one-of-a-kind poolside bar that is located smack in the middle of the city center) but you can order yourself a cup of coffee and chill by the pool side. It features a very Wes Anderson-like, pastel pink decor that would no doubt make your Instagram feed look super pretty. They have a wide variety of burgers and sandwiches, as well as cocktails for those who want to add a little buzz to their day.

Pinggan Puteh

A swing? Yes, please!
Please, come and have a sit.
If you're looking for a more Malaysian affair, Pinggan Puteh is your must go-to spot. They serve a wide variety of classic Malaysian kampung food: nasi kenduri, lontong (their signature dish, by the way), rice with lemak labu and Ayam Panggang Abe, to name a few. Their food is definitely finger lickin' good, and their rustic interior decor is just the ayam goreng berempah on top of nasi lemak.
