'R U Tough Enough' To Be The Toughest In Southeast Asia?
'R U Tough Enough' is back! Calling all Malaysians once again to prove that they are the toughest in Southeast Asia, this is your chance.
Bigger and better than before, a grand prize of USD15,000 (RM60,000) awaits the regional winner who will be crowned Southeast Asia's Toughest 2019.
This year, 'R U Tough Enough Southeast Asia' will redefine what strength means because physical strength alone is not enough.

So now, 'R U Tough Enough' wants to challenge all of Southeast Asia and, for the first time, Hong Kong for tough individuals to step out of their comfort zone and prove themselves against the toughest around the region.
Previously former 'R U Tough Enough' participants all come from different walks of life, from bakers to bankers to teachers and trainers.

Last year, Mohd Saddam Bin Mohd Pittli, was crowned Southeast Asia’s Toughest. He had always struggled for every opportunity in his life.

Coming in at first place in the Spartan Race competition in 2016 and 2017 gave him the motivation to try something new. So he decided to sign up for 'R U Tough Enough Southeast Asia' in 2018.
With the true heart of a champion, Saddam’s long-term goal is to run bootcamps for Malaysians so they can learn how to live healthier lifestyles.
Since winning the title last year, he started buying equipment and helping to train his friends who want to stay fit.
It has been proven that physical ability, mental endurance and emotional resilience are at the core of an 'R U Tough Enough' champion.
Online applications are now open to male and female participants who are ready to take up the challenge and qualify as one of only four Malaysian finalists!

'R U Tough East Southeast Asia 2019' is open to all Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited for a closed-door audition and four finalists will be selected to represent Malaysia against finalists from SEA and Hong Kong in a Final Showdown to take place at Sunway Pyramid on Sunday, 3 November.
So if you think you have what it takes, register now to compete for the title of Southeast Asia’s Toughest from now until 22 September on the official website!
