Atlet terjun kelahiran negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan ini tidak perlu dinafikan lagi kehebatannya. Bertanding di pentas dunia seperti Sukan Olimpik, Sukan Komenwel berjaya membuka mata dunia luar pada Malaysia serta Sukan SEA ibarat makanan buat beliau dan sehingga kini sahaja, Leong Mun Yee telah mencatatkan emas peribadinya ke-17!

Atlet berumur 33 tahun ini juga mendapat perhatian di kolam renang baru-baru ini kerana kejelitaannya. Hebat dan jelita, gabungan kedua-duanya menjadikan Leong Mun Yee pakej lengkap atlet Malaysia.
