Thousands of kind-hearted Malaysians, including our Yang di-Pertuan Agong, have ‘turun padang’ to help out flood victims, and give out donations or aid.
Among those who came was also former Deputy Finance Minister, Datuk Ahmad Maslan.
Maybe cleaning isn’t his thing…

Dalam & luar rumah. Juga guna “water jet” & peralatan2. Simpati banyak perabot2 yg rosak
Moga hujan berhenti & tiada banjir lagi
Sblm musim akan datang harap ada penyelesaian jangka panjang spt dalam & luruskan sungai2 dll pic.twitter.com/WHpG2GTIOR
Ahmad Maslan recently shared a 28-second video clip via his Twitter account, showing him trying to help one of the flood victims clean her house in Kuala Kurau, Pahang.
However, he was seen struggling to attempt to clear the mud on the front porch, even with a few others helping him out.
The tweet has since garnered over 7,000 retweets and over 940,000 views.
Netizens were amused with the Pontian MP’s antics, specifically one where he was asking people to move aside - including the house owner.

Some even suggested the correct way to clean the mud, while others joked that even when the national emergency has ended, he’s still hasn’t made progress.
Well, that’s some entertainment for you today, folks.
