The next time somebody asks how your year is going, just show them this hilarious yet pretty sad video.

The video comes courtesy of a Korean YouTuber named Tasty Hoon.

The 'cheese' attacked him

Seconds before disaster.
Tasty Hoon hosts a mukbang (an eating show that's extremely popular in Korea) segment on his YouTube page, and he wasn't really that popular before his recent video went massively viral around the world.

Now, the South Korean YouTuber is now a bona fide internet sensation after he was caught on camera being ‘attacked’ by a cheese fondue machine.

In the eight-minute video, Tasty Hoon can be seen trying to put doughy cheese into the fondue machine.

He soon learned that it was a bad idea, as the doughy cheese accidentally clogged up the machine, causing the cheese to swirl out of control.

His reaction to that probably describes what we are all feeling about 2020 so far:

Yep, it's 2020 alright.
Despite the setback, a bewildered Tasty Hoon, with tears in his eyes, soldiered on and continued eating.

The video of the 'cheese attack', which he uploaded onto YouTube on 28 October, has been viewed more than 3.8 million times, and commenters were quick to give Tasty Hoon some words of encouragement.

Tasty Hoon did not let the little setback stop him from doing what he loves though, as he uploaded another video on 1 November and this time, his cheese fondue worked!

The secret, according to Tasty Hoon, was to add a little more milk into the cheese to make it more liquid.

Way to go, Tasty Hoon! That’s what we all should strive to do: make the best out of tricky situations!
