Well, thanks to this one Malaysian, you can now make your very own Prosperity Burger at home, any time you like.

A kind Facebook user by the name of Mohd Faiz Fitri Iberahim has shared the recipe for the popular burger.

The recipe, which was shared in the Facebook group Suami Masak Apa Hari Ini?, was posted way back in May 2020, but it has since now resurfaced...because people suddenly have a craving for it?

Anyway, according to Mohd Faiz, making your own Prosperity Burger is pretty simple; just follow the instructions provided below:

Things You Need:

• Burger buns
• Minced beef
• Chopped red onion
• Thinly-sliced yellow onion
• Water
• Coarse and powdered black pepper
• Butter (two tablespoons)
• Oyster sauce
• Plain flour
• Sweet soy sauce
• Salt

What you need to do:

1) To prepare the buns, spread some butter on the buns and toast them

2) Next, shape the seasoned minced beef into patties and pan fry them until it's cooked

3) For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add some plain flour into it to thicken the mixture

4) Add a glass of water into the concoction and stir

5) Next, add the red onions, coarse and powdered black pepper, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce and salt to taste

6) Once the gravy has thickened, you can then dip the cooked patty into the sauce

7) Put the finishing touches on your burger by placing the glazed patty atop a toasted bun, top it with thinly sliced yellow onions and finish of with the other bun

8) Pat yourself on the back, take a picture for the 'gram and enjoy your very own Prosperity Burger
