Always looking for ways to get over your former flame to put an end to your misery?
Well, now you can finally have the ‘closure’ or ‘revenge’ you’ve always dreamt off as a zoo is offering you the chance to name a cockroach or a rat after your ex...and watch it getting eaten by other animals.
Your ex will disappear with a bite
According to CNN, the San Antonio Zoo in Texas is back with their annual Valentine’s Day celebration – ‘Cry Me A Cockroach’.
For US$5 (RM20.02), you can name a cockroach after your ex and the zoo will feed it to a bird, a reptile or a mammal.
And if your former partner was an absolute sneaking rat, you can literally name him or her after a frozen rat and it will be fed to where he belongs – reptiles like snakes for only US$25 (RM101.10).
But if you feel like watching an animal eat another animal is a bit too extreme for you, you can also opt for the herbivore option that consists of romaine lettuce, cabbage and other leafy greens that can be fed to vegetarian animals.
And don’t worry about missing out on all the action as the zoo plans to live stream the celebration on Facebook on 14 February.
