You Can Soon Remove Annoying Followers From Your Instagram Without Alerting Them

Do you know that feeling when some people on Instagram get on your nerves and sometimes, there are strangers or estranged friends who always creep up in your posts? Wish you could remove them from your friend list easily with a click of a button?

Well guys, your wish might be granted real soon.

The Verge confirmed that Instagram is rolling out a ‘Remove Follower’ button that lets users to instantly remove selected followers without notifying them

Gone are the days where you need to block and unblock a person so that they’re no longer following you.

However, the new feature is still on trial period and is available for Android users only.

Instagram has declined to comment further on this new feature and when will it be available for iOS users.

Android users, if you want to know whether this feature is already available on your Instagram account, all you have to do is go to one of your followers’ page, tap the three vertical dots next to their username and there should be the remove follower function.
