108 FamilyMart Branded Ready-To-Eat Products Are Now Registered Halal!

For all you FamilyMart lovers out there who have doubted the halal status of the store, we have some good news for you.

Some 108 FamilyMart branded ready-to-eat food products are now registered halal.

In a statement, the store said its central kitchen operator, QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd, has secured the halal certification from the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM).


“The halal certification allows FamilyMart’s packaging for its ready-to-eat food to bear the halal logo to provide added levels of confidence to Muslim customers, for them to purchase ready-to-eat meals at their convenience,” the store said in the statement.
