38% of M'sian Children Receive First Dose of Covid-19 Vaccine, How About the Rest?

Are you still in two minds of vaccinating your kids against Covid-19?

If yes, you may have your own reasons.

However, it is encouraging to know that more and more parents are choosing to vaccinate their children.

According to a report in News Straits Times citing the Health Ministry's CovidNow website, a total 1,353,370 or 38.1 per cent children between 5 to 11-years-old in Malaysia have received the first Covid-19 vaccine dose under the Covid-19 National Immunisation Programme for Children (PICKids).

A total of 44,376 children from the same age group have also received the second Covid-19 vaccine dose.

Meanwhile, the report mentioned that a whopping 91.8 per cent or a total of adolescents between the ages of 12 to 17 and 97.6 per cent or a total 22,955,102 adults have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine doses.
