We are pretty sure our Fire and Rescue Department personnel have received some pretty ridiculous distress calls.

From freeing someone's head stuck to a bench to rescuing cats stuck in trees and removing snakes in unwanted places, we're pretty sure our abang-abang bomba have seen it all.

Well, all except for this.

Very scary animal

A team of firemen from the Ampang fire station was sent on a mission to help a woman after she placed a distress call, Malay Mail reported.

Once the abang-abang bomba reached the woman's apartment in Seri Baiduri Apartment in Bukit Indah, they found the creature that's been terrorising her.

A green frog.

Scary!
According to a post on Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Ampang's Facebook account, the fire department received the call at about 9.40pm on Tuesday.

A team of five fire and rescue personnel were sent to the woman's aid, who wanted a small little frog removed from her house.

Thankfully, no abang bomba was hurt in the dangerous mission that we are pretty sure lasted less than an hour, and the little frog was left unharmed.

“Personnel on-site managed to catch the amphibian that was later released at a safe spot,” said the department in a Facebook post.

The post has since been shared more than 1,800 times on the social media site.

What will we ever do without our brave abang-abang bomba, right?
