According to a Tweet from AFP, Malaysians in North Korea are banned from leaving the country until the issue regarding Kim Jong-Nam's death has been resolved.
Similarly, Malaysia through the KDN has banned any North Korean citizens from exiting Malaysia. This was a direct order by Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi.
