We are sure most of you have encountered embarrassing situations that would make you want to bury your head in the sand.

However, we bet none of your embarassing story would beat this man's unfortunate mistake.

Major face palm moment

Just a very tired cyclist.
The story goes like this:

According to a report by Harian Metro, cycling enthusiast Mohd Karbi Mominin embarked on 70km cycling journey from Tasik Kenyir to Kuala Berang on the first day of Hari Raya Aidiladha.

At the end of his journey, the 51-year-old was extremely exhausted and famished, as he only had a very early breakfast before hopping onto his bicycle.

At Kuala Berang, he spotted a food stall. Thinking nothing much of it, he proceeded to enter the stall and ordered some nasi dagang.

We would be confused too.
“I saw two women, a man and a child. I thought they were ‘customers’,” he told the Malay portal.

Mohd Karbi said he started to feet a little strange when the makcik sent over a cup of teh tarik he didn’t order.

It was right after he finished his meal and when he wanted to pay for it that he realised his embarassing mistake: the 'food stall' he had a meal in turned out to be someone's house!

Guess those weren't customers.
Mohd Karbi told the Malay portal that he mistook the house for a food stall because of the sitting arrangement in the house that resembled that of a food stall's.

Nevertheless, despite his embarassment, he appreciated the hospitality the family extended to him, eventhough he was a stranger.

"Whatever it is, I want to tell the family that they are the nicest people and the nasi dagang was really good," Mohd Karbi was quoted as saying.

Moral of the story: the next time you're in an unfamiliar place, ask if that's a restaurant first before ordering some food.
