Back in September, Apple announced the new models for their iPhones – the iPhone 8, the iPhone 8 Plus, and the iPhone X. The iPhone 8 was released ahead of the iPhone X and received lukewarm response even from hardcore Apple fanboys and fangirls. (Honestly Apple, if you’re not going to make drastic changes to new iPhone compared to the iPhone 7, who cares).
But with the iPhone X or also known as the iPhone 10, almost everyone seems to be at the edge of their seats just waiting for the launch – one look at this iPhone model and you’ll know why.
Well Malaysians, the long-awaited iPhone X will finally be available on our shores this 24 November.
In case you’re wondering how much it’ll cost, let’s just say there’s a reason why the name is iPhone X, because it’s… x-pensive. The smartphone will set you back starting from RM5,149 and will only be available in two colours – silver and space grey with 64GB and 256GB storage capacities.
The iPhone X has removed the home button, making the phone an all-screen display with wireless charging via the new all-glass body feature and twin rear cameras with optical image stabilisation. Another exciting new feature on this iPhone is the Animoji – you can make emojis come to life with the TrueDepth front camera that captures over 50 facial muscle movements.
You can purchase them from Apple.com/my, Apple Authorised Resellers and telcos. Machines Malaysia have also posted a teaser on its Facebook page following the announcement.
Apart from Malaysia, the iPhone X will also be released in a few countries across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Macau.
So, will you be the first in line to get the most coveted and most expensive iPhone to date? All the best, and may the Apple force be with you!
