According to this article by The Star, former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has been having bad days in the middle of the week ever since he and his camp lost in the 14th General Elections.

Yeah, we're mind blown too. But it could all be a coincidence.

The first day Najib’s private residence at Jalan Langgak Duta was raided by law enforcements.

27 June 2018 (Wednesday)

Federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Datuk Seri Amar Singh revealed the total value of items seized from his residences - which was worth a staggering RM900 million to RM1.1 billion. The police dubbed it as “Malaysia’s biggest seizure in history”.

4 July 2018 (Wednesday)

Najib is officially charged in court with three counts of criminal breach of trust and one count of using his position for gratification. Ironically, today is also the third anniversary of the exposé on the 1MDB fund by the Sarawak Report and The Wall Street Journal.
