According to Alwin Chan, the co-founder of Luckin Kopi, their salted egg yolk dishes have consistently received a lot of love and demand from the patrons of their restaurant.

"To reciprocate the love, we have decided to take it up a notch and make this favourite flavour available for everyone to enjoy at home or anywhere to satisfy their cravings at any given point in time, he said.

The aim of the pre-packaged sauce is to make it so versatile, you can do anything with it, including "using it as a dip or drip it over like a condiment or garnish".

The Luckin Kopi Salted Egg Yolk sauce home edition is available in a convenient pre-packaged (100gm) squeeze pouch and also in a pre-packaged (220gm) jar that will be made available at the Luckin Kopi’s Official Page on Lazada and Luckin Kopi’s official website.

Not only that, in conjunction with the launch of the Luckin Kopi Salted Egg Yolk sauce, Luckin Kopi also collaborated with signature homegrown brand Woodang to let fans experiment pairing Luckin Kopi’s salted egg yolk sauce with prawn crackers.

The Salted Egg Yolk Prawn Crackers is made from a timeless recipe that has been passed down from one generation to another but with a Salted Egg Yolk twist.

Every package of the Woodang Salted Egg Yolk Prawn Crackers will include a (100gm) Luckin Kopi Salted Egg sauce squeeze pouch and will retail for RM19.90.
