Don’t believe us? Just take a look and see the snaking long queues at a supermarket near you. There’s hardly be any space between one shopper and another.
So, to drive the message of the importance of practicing social distancing across, a Malaysian shopping mall went the extra mile.

Everybody's favourite Subang Jaya mall, Sunway Pyramid, has placed mannequins on its benches around the mall so that only one person is allowed to sit on a single bench at any one time.
According to a post uploaded onto their official Facebook page, the mannequins also serve another function: not only do they force people to practice social distancing, they also serve as tools to display outfits from the mall's retail tenants such as Uniqlo, Marks & Spencer and Topshop.
Clever!
"If you spot them, don’t be scared," the mall wrote on in the post, adding that the benches (and maybe also the mannequins?) are sanitised regularly.
But, come to think of it, a practically empty mall filled with mannequins does sound a little bit creepy, doesn't it?
Hey, if they could help save lives, then it should be OK, right?
