Malaysia Records 62 New COVID-19 Cases On Monday, The Highest Spike Since June
All this while, the authorities managed to keep the number of active COVID-19 cases to the bare minimum.
However, Monday's one of those days that serve as a reminder that the pandemic is never truly over until it's really over.
On Monday (7 September), the Health Ministry recorded a total of 62 new COVID-19 cases.
Worrying spike

This is the highest spike in daily cases since 4 June 2020.
As a result, the number of active cases has risen to 207 so far. Six patients are currently in the ICU and and another four require respiratory support.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia to 9,124 as of Monday.
According to the Health Ministry, 56 cases are locally transmitted, with the remaining six cases are imported.Terkini COVID-19, 7 Sept 2020Jumlah discaj:9Jumlah kumulatif discaj: 9124 (96.5%)Jumlah kes baru;62Jumlah kumulatif:9459Jumlah kes aktif:207Kes local: 56(30WN, 26BWN)Kes import: 6(2WN, 4BWN)Jumlah kematian: 0Jumlah kumulatif:128 (1.35%)Kes di ICU: 6, intubated 4 pic.twitter.com/k4C9NzPuRt— Noor Hisham Abdullah (@DGHisham) September 7, 2020
