Thanks to a new attraction, you can now observe and take gorgeous photos of planes without having the need to apply for a permit.
How is this possible, you ask?
Well, that's because Malaysia’s first outdoor plane observation deck has officially opened its doors to plane spotters at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
According to a report by Bernama, the deck is called Anjung Spotter and could accommodate up to 40 people at any one time to capture panoramic moments of various aircraft staking off and landing at KLIA.
The deck, constructed within the 10km-by-10km KLIA perimeter, would offer plane spotters and the public alike an unparalleled view of aircrafts arriving through Runway 32 Left, located at Jalan Pekeliling.
Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) group chief executive officer Raja Azmi Raja Nazuddin told the news agency that there are many international plane spotters who fly to Malaysia just to meet up with their counterparts before going on a photography adventure at KLIA.
He also expressed hope for Anjung Spotter to be a tourist attraction like the decks in Perth in Australia, Frankfurt in Germany and the Raleigh-Durham International Airport in the United States.
MAHB is also keen to build more such decks in other airports so that more people would enjoy the experience.
