Being a ball boy has never been so glamorous.

Oh, you thought Malaysia is not in the World Cup?

Well, you're right - but we still have a little win to shout about.

All eyes were on a Malaysian teenager as he took to the pitch with the match ball during the Spain-Russia Round of 16 World Cup match on Sunday.

Adam Riezman Roslam, a Form Two student from SMK Meru, Klang, was chosen to carry the match ball at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.

He's not even nervous.
Besides being the center of attention for, like, ten minutes, Adam also got to rub shoulders with prominent football stars such as David de Gea, Gerard Pique and Sergio Ramos.

If that's not an opportunity of a lifetime, we don't know what is.

We would have grinned like that too.
So, how did Adam get that opportunity? Well, he participated in a skills challenge organised by carmaker Kia and won.

On top of being able to participate in the world's greatest football tournament, he also took home a cash prize of RM800.

Actually, we would pay RM800 to become an official ball boy at the World Cup.
