Zoo Negara will soon feature its new stars after two giant pandas arrived in Malaysia yesterday (November 18).

The programme is the same one that previously brought the earlier pair of pandas, Xing Xing and Liang Liang, to Malaysia before they were sent back to China on 18 May, 2025, after an 11-year stay and three cubs.

According to the Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Ministry, the arrival of the pandas symbolises integrity and enduring friendship between China and Malaysia, as reported by The Star.
