M'sians Voice Concern for Lee Zii Jia After He Shares Disturbing Images on Instagram
Recently, Malaysian badminton player Lee Zii Jia sparked concern among fans after posting a series of disturbing images on his Instagram account.
The 27-year-old athlete shared 10 illustrations, featuring unsettling visuals such as a stitched-up faceless figure and another lying on a sofa with needles piercing their body.
Needless to say, many fans were left worried about Zii Jia’s mental and emotional well-being. According to The Star, he is currently recovering from a foot injury.

It was also reported that his world ranking has dropped to No. 27. However, Zii Jia has applied for a protected ranking from the Badminton World Federation (BWF) to safeguard his position during the layoff.

As of this article, Zii Jia’s post has garnered over 2,000 comments, with many Malaysians expressing concern and offering words of encouragement.
