Netizens Slam Group of Cyclists for ‘Conquering’ Two Road Lanes & Boxing In a Car

Recently, a group of cyclists once again drew public attention when a woman shared her encounter with them while driving alone at night.

In a TikTok video, the woman, known by her username @eurekacan, was driving in Shah Alam at around 9:30 pm when she found her car boxed in from both lanes by a group of cyclists.

According to the video’s caption, the woman said she would have moved to the right lane to give way, but was unable to switch lanes as the group had boxed her in the middle of the road.

In the comments section, she explained that she shared the video to raise awareness and encourage other cyclists to practise safe riding etiquette in the future.

Needless to say, the actions of the group upset many social media users. While some criticised the cyclists for riding dangerously, others urged authorities to take appropriate action.

“I think it's time for the authorities to do something before anything bad happens to these cyclists.”
